Below you can find the accepted paper list for the 18th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT 2019).

The review process is now completed. This year a large number of submissions were received and the overall quality of the submitted papers was very high.

In some instances we had to make a decision based not only on the paper quality but also on how well the work fit with the main themes of the track that the paper has submitted.

Paper accepted as different category has its page limit and you need to make sure that your final camera ready manuscript is within the page limitation.

  1. For paper is accepted as FULL Paper: the page limitation is FIVE (5) pages.
  2. For paper is accepted as SHORT Paper: the page limitation is THREE (3) pages.
  3. For paper is accepted as Doctoral Consortium Paper: the page limitation is THREE (3) pages.
  4. For paper is accepted as POSTER Paper: the page limitation is TWO (2) pages.

When you sign in as author role EasyChair at , you can simply click your submission and see the reviewers’ comments. Please consider them carefully when preparing the camera-ready version of your paper. Also, Saturday APRIL 20, 2019 is the deadline for authors registering online to the conference as well as the deadline for authors to submit their final camera ready paper and IEEE Copyright Form to IEEE CPS system.

Please NOTE that your final camera-ready paper submitted to IEEE CPS system later will be going through IEEE CrossCheck system for plagiarism (including SELF-plagiarism) checking and might be removed from the proceedings if your paper is flagged by IEEE CrossCheck.

Registration Guidelines

Please note that all authors of accepted papers should register online to the conference by Saturday APRIL 20, 2019.

The registration page will open soon and you can find the fees, deadlines and cancellation information at: http://ieee-icalt.org which will automatically redirect you to http://www.ic.ufal.br/evento/icalt2019/.

Please NOTE that, according to the IEEE Conferences NO SHOW Policy, we should notify you that “IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented in person at the conference”. NO VIDEO or ONLINE presentation. Therefore, please take into serious consideration this notification when planning your participation to the ICALT 2019 Conference.

Please do NOT submit your camera-ready paper on EasyChair.

The ICALT 2019 proceedings are published by the IEEE Computer Society Publications and indexed in IEEEXplore. Once content is accepted in Xplore, it is made available to indexing partners, including EI, Scopus, and Conference Proceedings Citation Index. These indexing partners have final say on what they include and the process can take anywhere between 4 and 12 months, depending on how busy the indexing partner is at the time.

The copyrights of the papers are transferred to IEEE (except if it’s entirely the work employees of the US or a crown government).

Handling of Non-Presented Papers
https://www.computer.org/web/cs-cps/copyright
One of the authors of the accepted papers is expected to attend the conference in person to present the paper and share their ideas. If a paper is included in the proceedings distributed on site and is later identified as a non-presented paper, it will still be included in the proceedings delivered to IEEE. However, it will be flagged as “no-show” so that the paper will be archived but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore. But: Copyright of non-presented papers is still retained by IEEE – an author CANNOT submit the same paper to another conference or journal for publication.
